These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately and apply to all clients of Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC (“Luxe Glo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By hiring Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC, you (“the Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, which outline responsibilities, policies, and service expectations.

Company Overview

Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC is based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. All employees are professionally trained, vetted, and held to high standards of service.


Client Responsibility

By booking Luxe Glo Services, you agree to be the responsible party for:

  1. Full and timely payment of services.
  2. Direct communication with Luxe Glo (third-party arrangements are not recognized).
  3. Compliance with all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement.


Communication

We encourage ongoing feedback to ensure service quality. For questions, concerns, or to discuss your service, please contact our office by phone or text at (678) 855-8030.

Clients are encouraged to complete post-cleaning surveys to help us monitor and improve service.

Cleaning staff receive performance incentives based on quality scores and client feedback.


Preparing for Service

Notify our office in advance if you will have guests or unfamiliar individuals in the home during service, so our technicians are aware.

  1. Remove excessive clutter and personal items so our technicians can focus on cleaning. If additional time is required due to the condition of the home, extra charges may apply.
  2. Let household members and guests know about our scheduled visit.
  3. Notify our office in advance if you will have guests or unfamiliar individuals in the home during service, so our technicians are aware.

Children and Pets:

For the safety of our technicians and your pets, we require that all animals be securely contained during service. Pets should be placed in a kennel, a closed room, or outside in a safe area.

  1. Please supervise children while our technicians are present.
  2. If pets are not secured and our team is unable to perform the cleaning, the full service fee will still apply.
  3. If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, our technicians reserve the right to leave the premises immediately.
  4. Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for the behavior or safety of pets during or after service.

Home Access

  1. Entry Method: You may provide access by being home, leaving a key, or supplying a unique code for a lockbox or keypad.
  2. Lockouts: If we are unable to access your home upon arrival, a lockout fee equal to the full service cost will apply.
  3. Alarm Systems: If you choose to keep your alarm system armed, please provide clear instructions for disarming and rearming. Luxe Glo is not responsible for false alarms, police/security department fees, or any related charges. Clients agree to hold Luxe Glo harmless for issues relating to alarm use or failure.
  4. Access During Cleaning: Our technicians follow a set order for efficiency. If you request cleaning in a different order or priority (e.g., specific rooms first), please notify the office in advance so we can schedule accordingly. Extra time needed for special requests may be billed at our current hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Estimate/Quotes:

  1. If the property is larger, dirtier, or more cluttered than described, additional time and charges may be required.
  2. In such cases, clients may choose to approve additional time/budget or end service at the originally agreed estimate.
  3. Requests for changes to the original service (adding rooms, special tasks, etc.) may result in additional charges or a revised estimate.
  4. Luxe Glo reserves the right to decline a job if conditions exceed what our team is able to perform. If this occurs, the Client will not be charged. 

Scheduling and Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any cleaning appointment.

  1. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
  2. Luxe Glo may reschedule services due to holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the Client.

Payments and Fees

  1. A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all clients.
  2. Payment will be processed to the card on file at the completion of each service.
  3. If service requires additional time or extra work beyond the original estimate, your card will be charged for the additional time at our current hourly rate.
  4. Declined cards may be reprocessed, and applicable fees may apply.
  5. We only accept credit and debit card payments. Cash, checks, and bank transfers are not accepted.
  6. Unpaid balances may incur a $25 service charge or 15% interest, whichever is greater.

Tipping:

Tipping is optional and never required.

  1. Clients may add a tip to their invoice after services are completed.
  2. Tips may also be given directly to cleaning technicians at the time of service.

Liability and Insurance

Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. While we take every precaution to care for your home, the following terms apply to ensure transparency and fairness:

  1. General Coverage: Luxe Glo maintains comprehensive insurance that covers accidental damage directly caused by our team during a scheduled service. In addition, all Luxe Glo cleaning contractors are required to maintain active general liability insurance to cover any potential damages that may occur during their service.
  2. Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, poor maintenance, or the use of client-provided products or equipment.
  3. Valuables: Requests to clean delicate or high-value items (including antiques, collectibles, electronics, or items inside display cabinets) are performed at the Client’s own risk. By making such a request, the Client agrees to hold Luxe Glo harmless from any damage or loss.
  4. Reporting: Any damage or concerns must be reported to Luxe Glo within 2 business days of service for coverage to apply.
  5. Limitations: Luxe Glo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of use or replacement costs beyond the item itself).

Scheduling Other Service Providers:

For safety, security, and efficiency, we ask that no other home service providers be scheduled to work during the same time as your Luxe Glo cleaning appointment unless you are present to supervise.

  1. Luxe Glo staff will not grant entry to other service providers on your behalf.
  2. If another provider’s work overlaps with our service and affects areas we have already cleaned, additional fees may apply for any requested re-cleaning.


Protecting Our Cleaning Technicians:

  1. Cleaning technicians do not use ladders higher than two steps or move heavy furniture.
  2. We do not handle biohazards (blood, vomit, waste), infestations (fleas, roaches, bedbugs), or mold remediation.
  3. Clients must refrain from smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or other substances) during services.

Rate Adjustments

Rates may be reevaluated at any time to reflect changes in labor, supplies, or client needs. Clients will be notified in advance.

Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC is committed to delivering high-quality service every visit.

  1. Prior to service, a cleaning checklist outlining the agreed scope of work will be provided to the Client via email.
  2. At the completion of service, the checklist will be reviewed and signed by the Client (or their representative) to confirm expectations were met.
  3. If any area within the agreed checklist was missed or not cleaned properly, Luxe Glo will return within one business day to re-clean that area at no additional cost.
  4. Requests must be made within 24 hours of service.
  5. Refunds or bill reductions are not offered in place of a re-clean.

Non-Solicitation of Partners

Luxe Glo Cleaning Services LLC works with carefully vetted and trained professional contractors under strict agreements. These agreements ensure that all partners uphold Luxe Glo’s quality standards and prohibit them from soliciting or accepting work directly from Luxe Glo clients.

To protect both our Clients and our business, all scheduling and payments must be made directly through Luxe Glo. Contractors and partners are not permitted to arrange or accept outside work with Luxe Glo clients. This policy helps us ensure consistency, accountability, and the highest level of service.
